SPFPROBLEM.comSPF Record Analysis
Validation and Liability
This SPF checker expands visible include and redirect chains, estimates DNS lookup usage, and highlights common SPF syntax and policy risks. Results can change when providers update their own SPF records.
SPF only evaluates the connecting mail server during delivery. A DNS lookup can show whether the published policy looks valid, but it cannot prove that every legitimate sending source is covered or that forwarded mail will pass.
Before changing an SPF record, include, redirect, IP range, or flattened provider entry, verify every real sender for the domain and obtain approval from your DNS and email administrators.
Removing an active sender, exceeding the 10 DNS lookup limit, or publishing an overly broad policy can cause authentication failures or authorize more senders than intended.
